Senior Software Engineer II, Security

What you'll do

• Lead complex security implementations and improve security microservices, frameworks, and tooling.
• Coordinate cross-functional adoption of security standards and align project priorities, scope, and trade-offs.
• Configure security services and drive improvements to engineering tools, designs, and processes.

What they ask for

• Experience implementing holistic solutions across complex microservice architectures and building reusable components.
• Several years of software development experience, including work on distributed, event-based systems at meaningful transaction or data volume.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure providers and related tools such as Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with an identity management platform such as Auth0, Okta, Microsoft Entra, or Ping Identity.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OAuth, SCIM, or SAML; OAuth 2.1 agentic controls; or authorization models such as RBAC, ReBAC, ABAC, and PBAC.
• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.JS, Python, Chronicle, or other SIEMs.

Pay

$140,000 - $160,000 USD base salary; $182,000 - $208,000 USD base salary
