Develop and maintain ServiceNow capabilities, supporting business teams through configuration, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and platform architecture.
What you'll do
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD applications, favoring out-of-the-box solutions.
- Troubleshoot incidents and platform integrations, and document support for front-line agents.
- Maintain Automated Test Framework coverage and participate in Agile ceremonies.
