Embeds with customer security teams to identify problems and build AI-, data-, and security-focused solutions that can inform and improve TENEX’s platform.
What you'll do
- Discover customer needs and build, document, and ship tailored automations, integrations, AI-assisted workflows, data pipelines, and security tooling extensions.
- Surface cross-customer data and intelligence needs to the AI & Data Science function and maintain relationships with customer technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple customer engagements and escalate blockers or account risks when appropriate.
