Applied AI, Engineer & Creator

What you'll do

• Deliver production software and AI workflows in client codebases, including reliable, auditable agent systems with humans in the loop.
• Create videos, posts, threads, and playbooks documenting builds; lead workshops and hackathons at least twice per month.
• Own features from architecture through deployment and client relationships, and share learnings across engagements.

What they ask for

• 3+ years shipping production software end-to-end using AI coding tools in production.
• Demonstrated ability to turn complex problems into scalable systems.
• Regular use of AI coding tools and deep knowledge of the current AI landscape.
• Ability to teach technical concepts to non-technical audiences; creator skills and operational discipline managing multiple projects are also required.

Nice to have

• Public work artifacts such as open source, side projects, talks, or writing on applied AI; experience shipping production agentic systems.
• Experience creating content online or having a small online following.

Pay

$240,000–$320,000 USD total pay (OTE)
