Own full-cycle accounting, lead the monthly close and Order to Cash, and build scalable processes and controls to support growth and audit readiness.
What you'll do
- Lead month-end close, revenue recognition, billing reconciliations, collections, and accounts payable.
- Prepare for financial-statement and 401(k) audits; support sales-tax and multi-state payroll compliance.
- Develop accounting processes and controls, support ERP migration and automation, and mentor team members.
