Leads a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, owning customer implementation delivery, account health, team development, and delivery standards.
What you'll do
- Own delivery metrics, including time to first outcome, milestone predictability, and account adoption and health.
- Review technical scoping and architecture, coach execution, and lead escalation diagnosis and resolution.
- Hire and develop FDEs, serve as a technical solutioning partner, and communicate account patterns to Product.
