Supports Tennr’s legal team by managing commercial contracts and legal operations, developing internal resources, and assisting with compliance and corporate governance.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts; manage contract workflows, repository, and obligations.
- Create legal playbooks, guides, and other internal resources; respond to routine contracting questions and escalate complex issues.
- Support compliance documentation and tracking, procurement, and corporate governance tasks.
What they ask for
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, contracts specialist, or similar role in an in-house legal department or law firm.
- Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, such as SaaS, technology, or services agreements.
- Strong organizational and legal writing skills; ability to manage concurrent workstreams with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools such as SpotDraft, Ironclad, or Agiloft, or ability to learn new systems quickly.
Nice to have
