Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions to scale Tensordyne’s AI compute technology organization.
What you'll do
- Lead sourcing, candidate assessment, and hiring from initial outreach through closing and pre-onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build search strategies, and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Provide talent-market intelligence and develop pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
