About the job
Manages day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, corporate cards, employee reimbursements, vendor relations, and audit support.
What you'll do
- Process and code invoices, perform PO and receipt matching, and prepare priority bills for Treasury payment cycles.
- Administer corporate card and expense programs, audit transactions, and reconcile statements and reimbursement ledgers.
- Support month-end close, audits, tax reporting, and vendor statement reconciliations.
