About the job
Oversee a major data center construction project as the on-site owner’s representative, from groundbreaking through commissioning and handover.
What you'll do
- Manage the General Contractor and sub-trades, overseeing schedule, technical specifications, and the EHS safety plan.
- Control the project budget, including expenditures, change orders, and progress payments.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate RFIs, submittals, field issue resolution, quality standards, and turnover documentation.
