About the job

Owns end-to-end delivery of a major data center campus, coordinating design, construction, commissioning, and operational turnover.

What you'll do

  • Run the site’s phase-gate process and maintain gate packages, reviews, and conditional-pass tracking.
  • Own the integrated site schedule, risk register, and decision log; coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Track site delivery lessons and cycle times, and contribute them to the shared delivery playbook.

What they ask for

  • 5 to 8 years in technical program management or delivery roles, with hands-on ownership of data center design and construction delivery.
  • Experience taking at least one large-scale data center or multi-phase campus from design through commissioning and into service.
  • Fluency in stage-gate governance, schedule logic at Primavera P6 grade or equivalent, critical path analysis, risk registers, and decision logs.
  • Working depth across data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, cabling, and commissioning; ability to hold contractors and vendors accountable without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • CDCDP, CDCP, or equivalent formal data center certification; experience delivering AI-density whitespace or GPU infrastructure.
  • Experience with greenfield and colocation deployments; candidates near Las Vegas or Richmond hubs are preferred.

Tools

Primavera P6, UPS, switchgear, PDU, busway

AI focus

Delivers data center infrastructure for AI compute, including high-density halls and liquid cooling; GPU cluster deployment experience is preferred.
