Build and lead the supply chain operating infrastructure for global product readiness, S&OP, RMA, and customer operations across the product lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Own cross-functional product certification and market-readiness deliverables, including roadmaps, readiness gates, and risk mitigation.
- Develop and lead the S&OP process connecting demand, supply, manufacturing capacity, inventory, and financial objectives.
- Build the global RMA and customer operations model, and establish scalable processes, systems, KPIs, dashboards, and governance.
