Owns OSAT partnerships and backend manufacturing execution to ensure supply continuity from wafer-out through final shipment of AI hardware.
What you'll do
- Lead OSAT supplier relationships, performance reviews, escalations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate engineering builds, qualification, production readiness, capacity, materials, and schedules across OSAT partners.
- Manage backend operations and critical-material sourcing while resolving supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks.
