Owns OSAT partnerships and backend manufacturing execution to maintain supply continuity from wafer-out through final shipment of AI hardware.
What you'll do
- Lead OSAT supplier relationships, reviews, escalations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate engineering builds, qualifications, process readiness, yield ramps, capacity, materials, and production schedules.
- Manage backend manufacturing and substrate sourcing while resolving supply, quality, yield, logistics, and schedule risks.
