Build and scale legal operations by modernizing legal technology, managing contract workflows and data, and preparing documents for legal and business diligence.
What you'll do
- Lead selection, migration, and improvement of CLM, workflow, and AI-enabled tools; automate manual tasks.
- Manage commercial agreement processes, including NDA negotiation and tracking renewals, expirations, and milestones.
- Develop legal efficiency KPIs, oversee the document repository, and assemble materials for litigation, M&A, and investor requests.
