About the job

Drives PCIe silicon enablement from pre-silicon planning through bring-up and product support, developing firmware, tests, automation, and infrastructure while debugging system-level issues.

What you'll do

  • Lead PCIe enablement across controller, PHY, board, SoC, and SiP, including first-silicon bring-up and product support.
  • Develop enablement plans, firmware, tests, automation, and reusable infrastructure for functional behavior, performance, compliance, interoperability, and error recovery.
  • Debug hardware, firmware, and software failures; define enablement roadmaps and production-readiness criteria, mentor engineers, and drive root-cause closure.

What they ask for

  • Extensive PCIe experience across hardware, software, and systems, including architecture and protocol behavior.
  • Experience with low-level firmware, automation, and reusable infrastructure for silicon systems and PCIe controller/PHY bring-up.
  • Hands-on lab debugging skills using tools such as oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, exercisers, JTAG, and trace tools.
  • Understanding of PCIe integration with UEFI/BIOS, operating-system drivers, DMA, interrupts, and IOMMUs.
