Own TerraFirma’s people function, developing and running HR strategy, systems, policies, and programs across the employee lifecycle as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Manage HR operations, including employee relations, benefits, compliance, onboarding, leave, and workers’ compensation.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, compensation, and people programs.
- Build HR processes and systems, analyze people metrics, and support a people-first culture across office and field teams.
