About the job
Build and lead TerraFirma’s HR function, managing day-to-day employee support while developing the policies and programs needed as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Own HR infrastructure, processes, policies, and practices, including Rippling.
- Handle employee relations, benefits, HR support, compliance, leaves, and workers’ compensation.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers on workforce planning, compensation, performance, and employee programs.
