Provides hands-on, on-site IT support by preparing and maintaining employee devices, troubleshooting office technology, and installing and maintaining network equipment.
What you'll do
- Set up, enroll, reimage, track, and redeploy computers, tablets, and peripherals.
- Resolve employee IT issues and escalate as needed to the IT Director.
- Install and test network cabling and devices, support vendors, and assist with IT projects.
