Supports earthworks and site-development bids by preparing takeoffs and estimates, coordinating pricing inputs, and improving estimating processes.
What you'll do
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates; review plans, specifications, geotechnical reports, and bid documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and clarify scope; assist with site visits and bid reviews.
- Organize bid documentation, help develop estimating procedures, and compare construction costs with estimates to identify variances.
