Produces accurate quantity takeoffs for earthworks and site development projects to support estimating and bidding.
What you'll do
- Prepare takeoffs and calculate cut/fill quantities, haul assumptions, and material volumes across grading, excavation, utilities, and paving.
- Review plans and bid documents to identify scope gaps, quantity risks, and inconsistencies; support pre-bid site visits when needed.
- Document takeoff assumptions and help improve estimating templates, workflows, and software tools.
