About the job
Leads TerraPower’s tax compliance and strategy, overseeing tax filings, partnership and multi-state reporting, tax research, audits, and tax-related financial reporting.
What you'll do
- Oversee partnership, federal, state, and other tax reporting, including reconciliations and tax capital account roll-forwards.
- Lead tax planning and research, R&D tax credit reporting, tax audits, and advice on tax law changes and business impacts.
- Manage tax-related financial data, reporting, internal controls, cross-functional coordination, and external tax advisors.
