About the job
Supports TerraPower’s records management and document control program by managing the document lifecycle for engineering, EPC, and construction records and helping maintain regulatory readiness.
What you'll do
- Process and control construction and engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, field changes, Change Orders, and revisions.
- Administer the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), coordinate document workflows, and maintain registers, metadata, retention, and traceability.
- Train users, perform audits and quality checks, and support audit, licensing, vendor review, and regulatory inspection readiness.
