Manages the data and analytics team and its priorities, while guiding data management capabilities, pipeline standards, and BI tooling strategy.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop data engineers, DBAs, and BI developers; oversee workload balancing, hiring, onboarding, and team structure.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and resolve technical blockers, dependencies, and prioritization conflicts.
- Guide data management functions and evolve data pipeline architecture, data-stack and BI tooling strategy, and data quality practices.
