Manages the team developing and qualifying Natrium nuclear fuel, including fuel performance tools, analysis, and testing.
What you'll do
- Lead the Fuel Development & Testing team, including technical approvals, staff development, and communication of project status.
- Plan and coordinate fuel development, performance-tool validation, qualification testing, schedules, and project reporting with internal groups and external laboratories or vendors.
- Support fuel licensing and ensure work follows procedures, quality requirements, and regulatory criteria.
