Leads proposal development from solicitation analysis through submission and post-submission review, ensuring responses are timely, compliant, and aligned with TerraPower’s business development strategy.
What you'll do
- Manage proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, kickoffs, technical solution sessions, reviews, and submission workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional staff, subcontractors, executives, and subject matter experts to develop and approve proposal content, pricing, and presentation materials.
- Conduct lessons learned and improve proposal processes, templates, tools, content libraries, and best practices.
