About the job
Prepares and manages accounts receivable for government contracts, ensuring invoices, costs, collections, and accounting records comply with contract terms and federal requirements.
What you'll do
- Prepare and submit government contract invoices, obtain approvals, and identify unallowable costs.
- Monitor collections and AR aging, reconcile accounts, and resolve billing and payment issues with stakeholders.
- Support month-end close, audits, reporting, government property tracking, and improvements to accounting procedures.
