Supports TerraPower’s commercial development by coordinating fundraising, capital markets, project financing, and commercial strategy for nuclear and medical isotope projects.
What you'll do
- Support capital raises and project financing, including financial modeling, commercial strategy, and due diligence.
- Manage fundraising efforts, external advisors, and internal teams; prepare presentations on project structuring and findings.
- Develop corporate strategy and target markets, assess capital needs and risks, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership and partners.
