About the job
Provides commercial legal and contracting support to TerraPower’s legal team, including drafting and reviewing agreements, coordinating contract processes, and supporting compliance and legal operations.
What you'll do
- Drafts, reviews, and negotiates agreements, particularly confidentiality and procurement contracts, in consultation with TerraPower lawyers.
- Supports government contracts and grants compliance, legal policies, contract templates, and legal team processes.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders and outside counsel; conducts research and helps improve legal technology and workflows.
