Provides commercial and legal support to TerraPower’s legal team, with a focus on contract review, procurement processes, compliance, and improving legal operations.
What you'll do
- Drafts and reviews agreements, supports procurement contract reviews, and coordinates contracting work across departments.
- Supports government contracts, grants, compliance, legal policies, templates, and document management.
- Coordinates with lawyers, business stakeholders, and outside counsel; conducts research and helps improve legal processes and technology.
