About the job
Provides commercial legal support for TerraPower’s contracts, supply chain, project delivery, government agreements, and related regulatory matters.
What you'll do
- Drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial, technology, government, grant, and project agreements.
- Advises on contract administration, compliance, regulatory and export-control issues, and dispute management; manages outside counsel.
- Maintains legal policies and contract templates and improves contracting processes and legal support technology.

- J.D. and license to practice in at least one state; Washington State Bar membership or eligibility for admission under APR 8(f), to be obtained promptly after starting.

Pay
$184,367 - $245,823 USD base salary
