Supports TerraPower’s technical accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate U.S. GAAP reporting, appropriate accounting treatment, effective controls, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Research and document complex accounting matters, prepare technical accounting memos, and advise on proposed transactions.
- Support quarterly and annual financial statements, disclosures, reporting packages, and accounting policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams, and contribute to SOX readiness, automation, and process improvements.
