Develops and administers technical training and qualification programs to build workforce proficiency and operational readiness for radioisotope manufacturing and radiological safety operations.
What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate training, qualification activities, instructors, resources, schedules, and status reporting.
- Translate technical requirements into learning materials, assessments, and qualification pathways; deliver training as appropriate.
- Maintain auditable records, monitor workforce readiness, support audits and corrective actions, and improve training processes.
