Leads enterprise customer implementations of Tessera’s multi-agent AI modernization platform, coordinating delivery teams and workstreams from discovery through deployment and operational handoff.
What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional delivery pods and manage concurrent workstreams, dependencies, plans, risks, and escalations.
- Map customer value streams, prioritize work by business value, and track delivery and business outcome metrics.
- Align customer stakeholders and Tessera teams on technical requirements, integrations, governance, deployment, and operational readiness.
