Supports Thatch’s compliance program by reviewing customer-facing materials, performing monitoring and testing, handling account and transaction reviews, and maintaining audit-ready records.
What you'll do
- Review marketing and customer-facing materials, maintain advertising approvals, and support monitoring and testing through evidence collection, documentation, and issue tracking.
- Review customer onboarding and transaction-monitoring escalations, complete enhanced due diligence, document decisions, and escalate cases as needed.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation; support audits, training, and routine compliance questions across teams.
