Own and improve Thatch’s IT systems, endpoint compliance, identity and access controls, and automation in a Mac-first environment.
What you'll do
- Manage the technology stack, employee onboarding and offboarding, and hardware provisioning.
- Drive endpoint compliance across MDM, EDR, and DLP; administer conditional access, MFA, and privileged access workflows.
- Build IT and access-management automation, maintain employee-facing documentation, and support security initiatives.
What they ask for

- Certification in Network+, Security+, JAMF, Bettercloud, Okta, or comparable credentials.
- Deep understanding of SSO, 2FA, passkeys, conditional access, and password management systems.
