What you'll do
- Manage a high-volume queue of overdue invoices and unpaid PEPM charges; decide when to follow up, escalate, or extend flexibility.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and reconcile payments, refunds, and balances, including during employer offboarding.
- Maintain collections SOPs and collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, to improve processes and tooling.
