About the job
Own payroll deduction reconciliation, investigate financial discrepancies, and work with Engineering to improve processes and automate reviews.
What you'll do
- Review and approve or escalate payroll deductions; investigate errors and drive fixes to their root causes.
- Partner with Engineering on automation and manage payroll connection and invoice review escalations.
- Maintain SOPs and audit trails, and report on reconciliation accuracy and queue health.
