Own the reliability and success of Thatch’s payroll and HRIS integrations, working with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate connections and resolve technical issues.
What you'll do
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll and HRIS integration issues; validate integrations with enterprise customers.
- Coordinate with customers, partners, and engineering to diagnose problems and drive them to resolution.
- Build runbooks, monitoring practices, and workflows to improve reliability and identify opportunities to scale integrations.
