About the job
Own and improve the reliability, security, and performance of Thatch’s infrastructure platform in a regulated healthcare environment.
What you'll do
- Operate infrastructure and identify reliability risks across the platform.
- Design and evolve infrastructure with Terraform, and improve CI/CD, deployments, and developer workflows.
- Strengthen security, including access controls, vulnerability management, and dependencies.
What they ask for
- Experience operating production infrastructure, platform, DevOps, or SRE systems.
- Track record of owning critical systems end-to-end.
- Strong production experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
- Experience managing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
