Designs and develops mechanical systems, mechanisms, and assemblies for robots, from concept and prototyping through high-volume production.
What you'll do
- Own mechanical design of core subsystems and iterate through prototyping, testing, and failure analysis.
- Design custom mechanisms, actuators, and assemblies for robotic behavior.
- Integrate electromechanical systems and drive design-for-manufacturing, tolerance analysis, material selection, and vendor coordination.
