Trains to manage overnight freight operations and develop the skills to lead store operations, customer service, safety, sales, and associate performance as an Assistant Store Manager.

- Oversee overnight freight operations, including unload, pack out, and pack down, while learning Manager on Duty responsibilities.
- Support store operations, customer experience, safety, merchandise placement, inventory, and daily financial operations.
- Complete structured management training and learn staffing, scheduling, performance management, and associate development.
