Completes a structured, hands-on training program to prepare for a Specialty Assistant Store Manager role, learning to lead store operations, customer service, sales, and profitability.
What you'll do
- Train in staffing and scheduling, inventory and stock management, selling behaviors, customer issue resolution, and associate performance management.
- Support customer experience, sales, productivity, merchandise placement, and daily financial operations.
- Perform Manager on Duty and store operations responsibilities while upholding company, safety, and hazmat procedures.
