Conducts organized retail fraud, theft, and fraud investigations by analyzing data and alerts, building cases, coordinating with field teams and law enforcement, and recommending ways to reduce theft exposure.
What you'll do
- Analyze store systems, data sources, reports, and alerts to identify theft indicators and trends.
- Build and manage investigation cases, including coordinating documentation, CCTV footage, updates, and investigative handoffs.
- Partner with business teams, HR, law enforcement, financial institutions, and industry partners to support investigations and mitigation.
