Executes HR programs at a distribution center, handling associate relations, policy guidance, benefits, HR reporting, training support, and leadership selection.
What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve associate relations issues, support corrective action, and assist with unemployment claims and hearings.
- Support benefits communications and enrollment, analyze HR reports, and provide HRIS training and transaction assistance.
