Oversees distribution center facility and equipment maintenance, safety, contractors, and maintenance activities while coaching a team of associates.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop associates, including supporting technical certifications and providing performance feedback.
- Oversee facility and equipment repairs, maintenance, installations, contractor selection, and compliance with safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Review maintenance, production, and quality reports and adjust activities or recommend cost-effective facility and equipment changes.
