Supervises distribution center quality assurance by resolving inventory, warehouse system, process, and vendor compliance issues and improving service to stores.
What you'll do
- Analyze and resolve inventory control, warehouse management system, and process issues; document root causes and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate freight disposition, inbound shipment audits, vendor compliance, and communication between the DC and SSC groups.
- Train managers and associates on WMS, load quality reporting, and ASN compliance; troubleshoot hardware issues.
