Manages Service Provider relationships and compliance to grow services sales, improve customer experience, and maintain service quality and coverage across the district.
What you'll do
- Oversee Service Provider sourcing, onboarding, performance reviews, training, compliance, and improvement plans.
- Investigate customer feedback and resolve Customer Care cases, store escalations, and installation issues with Service Providers.
- Conduct job-site and installation inspections, audit compliance, and support store promotional events and operational needs.
