What you'll do
- Lead and coach field teams to meet sales and operational targets, improve performance, and deliver Home Services strategy.
- Analyze sales, financial, and operational metrics; identify opportunities and implement improvement plans, while addressing escalated customer issues.
- Manage talent and retention, and collaborate with field and regional leadership.
