Leads equipment-service technicians across the Dallas/Fort Worth area, overseeing repairs, preventive maintenance, safety, staffing, development, and operational performance.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, train, and develop technicians; manage staffing, onboarding, performance reviews, and task assignments.
- Oversee repair and preventive-maintenance quality, provide technical troubleshooting guidance, and occasionally assist with onsite equipment repairs.
- Manage operational metrics, work orders, inventory, safety, compliance, and customer and business-partner relationships.
